Ukulele Covers Catch-Up
Sunday, December 05, 2021Hi all!
Well, it's been a busy two years, to say the least, but I'll write about that more in another post. Clearly, I have not done a great job of keeping the blog updated when I post a Youtube video, so here's a catch-up post with all of the ukulele covers I've posted since my cover of "The Shape of You."
First, we have "Into the West" from December 2019:
Then "How Can I Keep from Singing?" also December 2019:
In April of 2020, I covered "If I Die Young" by The Band Perry:
Then in June of 2020, I filmed this cover of “Ege Fidelas Vi” (“Great is Thy Faithfulness” in Esperanto):
In December of 2020, I got my quarantine Christmas on with "Let It Snow."
For Valentine's Day this year, I recorded "Hallelujah".
In April, I did "Trouble" by Taylor Swift.
A week after that, I did "I Will Follow You Into the Dark" by Death Cab for Cutie. Yes, I am aware that the thumbnail is awkward. Apparently, I never bothered to set those when uploading these.
This June I tried my hand at a mashup of "I Believe in You" by JJ Heller, "Ghost" by Halsey, and "Tired" by Alan Walker.
And then I did another mashup later that week from "Stand by Me" by Ben E. King and "Stand by You" by Rachel Platten.
In July I came back with a cover of Halsey's "You Should Be Sad."
And finally, in September I covered "Boat Song" by JJ Heller.
That's all I have for you guys today, but I will try to get another post up soon-ish to catch you up on my major life events from the last two years. That will probably happen over my winter break for school, but a lot has happened in the last couple of years, so I make no promises that it'll be complete. Have a good December y'all.
